Why People Can’t lose weight?

In modern society even though some people go to gym, doing workouts, doing zumba or any other physical activities, majority of them tell only one thing which is that they can’t loose wight. I have met many individuals who telling this. However when I asked about their nutrition they don’t even have proper nutrition plan. they just eat what their mother is cooking or their wife is cooking. There are lots of misunderstand people get when it’s come to losing weight. In this article I will give you a proper understand about why people can’t lose weight and what are the common mistakes they doing. Now let’s talk about this in detail.

1. Eats More than your daily calorie requirement

Every human has daily calorie requirement. Calorie requirement can be calculated by your height, weight,age and activity level.(In here activity level means how are you active throughout the day/week). You can calculate your daily calorie requirement as well as how many carbohydrates, fats and protein you need to get daily using below link.

After you have calculated your daily calorie requirement you can see how many proteins,fat and carbohydrate you should eat. Then you must remember not to eat more than that daily calorie requirement. Energy balance of our body is below.

2. Eating Junk Foods

Eating junk foods may not help to loose your weight. Junk food is unhealthy food that is high in calories from sugar or fat, with little dietary fiber, protein, vitamins, minerals, or other important forms of nutritional value. Foods commonly considered junk foods include salted snack foods, gum, candy, sweet desserts, fried fast food, and sugary carbonated beverages. Eating junk food on a regular basis can lead to an increased risk of obesity and chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and some cancers. So if you like to eat junk foods eat once a week if you really need it. Other wise try to avoid junk food as much you can and eat healthy foods.

3. Lack of Sleep

Many individuals who are working in IT industry not getting proper sleep I know this because I also working in a software company. I know there are some people who still wake up until 2am. It’s not good to stay awake like that much time. Some people sleep only 4 hours which is not good for human body. Even though in here I mentioned Lack of sleep not help you to loose your weight it actually cause you many other problems as well. Some of the most serious potential problems associated with chronic sleep deprivation are high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, heart failure or stroke. Other potential problems include obesity, depression, impairment in immunity and lower sex drive. Chronic sleep deprivation can even affect your appearance.

I know money is important in the modern society but you need to pay your attention to your body as well. Because money can be earn but if your body is not health what is point of earning money.
